Refund policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Timeframe: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Pickup Attempts:

    • Reverse pickups will be attempted within 24–48 hours of your request.

    • We allow a maximum of 3 pickup attempts.

  • Service Availability: Reverse pickup is subject to courier service availability in your area.


2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 1–2 working days after the return pickup is completed.

  • Note: Reward points, store credits, and any shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Returns will not be accepted if the item is used, worn, washed, or returned in a poor or damaged condition.


4. Refunds for Free Product Offers

Orders placed under promotional offers (e.g., Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or any deals involving free products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


5. Self-Shipping (if reverse pickup is unavailable)

If reverse pickup isn't available in your area, please send your return to:

Shipping Instructions:

  • Pack items securely to prevent loss/damage during transit.

  • Mention your Order ID and registered mobile number on the package.

  • Ensure all tags and packaging are intact.

  • Avoid using The Professional Couriers. We recommend using Speed Post for reliability.


6. Terms & Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate bank/payment details for refunds. Klasiek is not liable for any errors.

  • If your order is marked as delivered but not received, report it within 24 hours.


7. Reporting Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 1 day via:

  • Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it and inform you about refund eligibility.

  • Refunds in such cases are processed within 30 working days of confirmation.
